4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
• We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and other payment methods as posted in-clinic.
• We do not offer in-house payment plans.
• Estimates for services are available upon request, but final costs may vary based on your pet’s needs.

6. Prescriptions & Refills

Prescription medications will only be dispensed after a valid veterinarian-patient-client relationship has been established. Refill requests require up to 48 hours for processing.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, and logos — is owned by Pine Valley Animal Clinic or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission. You may link to our website for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided it does not misrepresent our clinic.
